・The bellows design ensures a high level of airtightness.
・It has a slim profile in the flow direction, making it easy to install.
・The valve body has a large orifice, allowing it to be used for loading and unloading samples
*Flow rate cannot be adjusted; the valve is designed only for opening and closing

・ICF flange type compatible with metal seals
・Features a metal bonnet seal
・No lubricants are used
・Pressure range: 1×10⁻⁸ to 1×10⁵ Pa.
・Valve body leak rate: 5×10⁻¹¹ [Pa·m³/s] *At a differential pressure of 1 atm
・Maximum differential pressure (when closed): 2.7×10³ Pa
