しかし一方で、取扱い方法に問題がありますと絶縁性能の低下、漏電、焼損に容易に繋がる恐れがあります。
記の注意書きを熟読の上、安全に十分注意頂いてのご使用をお願いします。
～使用上の注意について～
● 耐熱温度以下でのご使用をお願いします。
● 仕様にて定められた定格電圧以上でのご使用は避けて下さい。
● 本ヒーターは昇温速度が速いため、100%の出力を与えると瞬間的に耐熱温度を超え焼損、断線、地絡に繋がる恐れがあります。
使用初期においては、電圧調節器等で電圧を十分に絞るか、温度調節器にて低い温度に設定して、様子を見ながら使用温度を上げてゆく事をお勧めします。
● 温度センサーを用いて制御を行う際は、センサーの取付位置及び取付状態にご注意下さい。
センサーとヒーターの距離が離れていますと、センサーが昇温を感知する前にヒーターが耐熱温度を超えてしまう場合があります。
また、センサーの取付状態が悪く、温度が十分に感知出来ない場合も、同様のトラブルに至る可能性があります。
● 本ヒーターは防水仕様ではありませんので、水が掛かる様な環境や、多量の霧が付着する様な環境では使用しないで下さい。
● 本ヒーターは防爆仕様ではありませんので、可燃性、引火性のガスや液体の有る環境では使用しないで下さい。
● 本ヒーターを半径10mm以下に折り曲げて使用すると、その部分で断線や短絡の発生する危険性がありますので、避けて下さい。
～取り付けについて～
● 本ヒーターと加熱対象物との間に隙間があると、その断面で空焚き状態となり、局所的に耐熱温度を超えてしまう恐れがあります。本ヒーターと加熱対象物は十分に密着させる様お願いします。
● 両面テープにて貼り付ける際は、間に気泡が極力残らない様注意願います。（加熱により内部の気泡が膨張しヒーターの剥離や空焚きに繋がる恐れがあります。）
● 取付面に鋭い突起があると、その断面で絶縁層が破れ、漏電や短絡の発生する危険性がありますので、取付前には十分に確認下さい。
● 曲面に貼り付ける場合、加熱により両面テープの粘着力が低下しヒーターが剥れ易くなり思悪の場合、空焚きによる焼損に繋がる事が予想されます。
曲率を大きくする、外側をテープで固定する等、対策をお願いします。
● 二枚のヒーターを重ねて使用すると、その部分で異常過熱する可能性が高いので、避けて下さい。
● 取付時及びご使用前には、ヒーター表面や加熱対象に油分等の汚れが無いことを確認して下さい。ゴケやニオイの発生する恐れがあります。
