まず、φ34×1000mmの配管に対して、幅20mmのリボンヒーターを使用し、ヒーター同士の間隔を1本分（20mm）空けて巻く場合を考えます。
このときの巻きピッチは「ヒーター幅 20mm ＋ 間隔 20mm ＝ 40mm」となります。
配管の長さ1000mmをピッチ40mmで割ると、
1000mm ÷ 40mm = 25回転 巻くことができます。
次に、配管の円周を求めます。
直径34mm × π × 25回転 ＝ 約 2670.3mm となります。
ただし、リボンヒーターには厚み（例：2mm）があるため、実際の巻き付け外径は36mm（34mm＋2mm×2）となり、
計算を 38mm × π × 25回転 とした方がより正確で、これは 約2984mm になります。
以上より、φ34×1000mmの配管には、幅20mm × 長さ約3000mmのリボンヒーターを使用することが可能です。
【注意点】
(1) 細い配管には 20mm や 25mm 幅のリボンヒーターの方が巻きやすく、
太い配管には 40mm や 50mm 幅のヒーターが適しています。
(2) 四角い形状の対象物に巻く場合は、「どの方向に巻くか（円周方向 or 長さ方向）」を決め、
その方向の長さに基づいて同様に計算することができます。
本説明は、ヒーターを1本分ピッチを空けて巻く場合の計算方法となります。
きっちり等間隔に巻かなくても、断熱材で覆えば配管の温度は比較的均一になります。ただし、細い配管ではピッチをあまり開けない方が、より安定した温度制御が可能です。
A. 巻き付け時の接触率が大きく異なるため、同じワット数でも波形ヒーター線の方が効率的に加熱できます。均一な温度分布を得やすく、過熱や未加熱のムラを減らせます。
Q. 三本より線のニクロム線だと何が違うのでしょう？
A. 一般的な単線に比べ、物理的な強度が高く、取り外し時の断線リスクを抑えられます。頻繁なメンテナンス時にも安心です。
Q. 高温使用によるクロス硬化や寿命は大丈夫ですか？
A. 400℃近辺で使用すると布クロスが硬化しやすくなりますが、断熱材や温度コントロールを併用することで長寿命化できます。
Q. 温度制御器や断熱材もまとめて購入できますか？
A. はい、一括サポート可能です。温度センサーや固定部品なども含めてお気軽にご相談ください。
・ヒーターを使用される前に、発熱面の布の破れや糸のほつれなどがないか確かめて下さい。
・本体に付いている電源コードを併用する調節器に接続して下さい。
・被加熱物の表面が滑らかであること、異物が付いていないことを確認して下さい。
・ヒーターを設置し通電して下さい。調節器を使って260℃を越えないように制御して下さい。
・発熱面を覆っているクロスは摩擦に弱いので、取扱は丁寧に行って下さい。表面が摩耗すると、絶縁が悪くなり故障の原因となります。
・本ヒーターは防水性がありません。湿気は漏電の原因となりますので、水滴等には充分に注意して下さい。
・リード線が加熱されないように取り付けて下さい。
・リード線を無理に引っ張らないで下さい。
・ヒーターの重ね巻きにならないよう取り付けて下さい。
・通電中は触らないで下さい。火傷する恐れがあります。
・取り外しの際に、再利用するのであれば慎重に扱い、鋭角に折り曲げたりしないで下さい。
・停止後、再利用の場合には、上記項目の再点検を必ず行って下さい。
