1.本バリアブルリークバルブをベーキングされる場合は下記事項にご注意願います。
・ベーキング温度と時間により、待機側駆動部に潤滑剤の再塗布が必要です。再塗布を怠りますと潤滑効果がなくなり噛み付きの原因となることがあります。なお、潤滑剤は別途ご用命ください。（名称：スリーボンド1901潤滑剤）
・ベーキングの際はバルブ内部（ガス導入側も含む）に大気や活性ガス等を入れて行わないでください。そのようなことを行いますと、シール部が参加し修理不能となることがあります。
したがって、ベーキングはガス導入側およびφ70ICF側を真空またはArガスなどの不活性ガスで置換した状態で行ってください。

2.バルブ内部にゴミや金属粉が入らないようご注意願います。
なお、1次側導入ガスにそのような危険のある場合は、配管途中にフィルタを取り付けることをお薦めします。

3.バルブの熱影響にご注意願います。
バルブの熱影響が著しく現れるのは、微少ガス流量を導入している時で、温度変化に伴い流量が変化します。そのため、特に精密なガス流量の制御をおこなう場合は、バルブを一定温度に保持願います。

4.本バリアブルリークバルブは腐食性ガス導入用には使用できません。
製品には以下を付属しております。
ガスケット ：2個
リング　　 ：2個
スパナ　　　　　 ：1本
呼び5六角棒スパナ：1本
呼び8六角棒スパナ：1本
ガスケットは以下を目安に交換ください。
約300回シール（室温使用時）
約30回シール（ベーキングを伴う場合）

またリング、スプリングワッシャも寿命になりましたら交換ください。
