We will guide you through Tools for our multi-pin terminals.
▼Insertion Tool (IST16)
This tool can be used to assembly a socket contact into an insert.
When you use, lightly put crimped Contacts into the insert and then push it in, or insert with the cable attached to the center groove of IST16.
Improves work efficiency, especially when using thin cables
▼Pulling tool (EXT16)
This tool is used to pull out the socket contact from the air side plug and vacuum side insert.
It can be used for both BURNDY and MS types.
▼Crimping tool (CT2313)
For AWG #28 to #12.
Crimp the socket contact from 4 directions at the same time.
Crimping from 4 points allows smooth insertion and removal of plugs and inserts without collapsing.
▼Locator for CT2313 (LCT**)
The locator can be attached to the Crimping tool (CT2313) to easily position the socket contact for crimping.
Please select one of the following to match the socket contact to be used.
・LCT01 (Navy): for SVC16, SVC16-A14, SVC16-L18
・LCT02 (wine red): for Pin contacts
・LCT03 (light blue): for Thermocouple socket contacts
・LCT04 (silver): for SVC24CU
・LCT05 (brown): for SVC10D、SVC10DCOAX
