▼ICF Zero Length Conversion Flange
For pipe bore adjustment
Knife-edge shaped seal and gasket for ultra-high vacuum.
A single flange can be used for conversion, saving space for installation.
ICF flange fastening method: bolt-tightening
Bolt holes are drilled hole type (through-hole) for large-diameter flanges and tapped hole type (threaded) for small-diameter flanges.

0.2% BeCu + Ni phosphorus passivation treatment
Recommended for extremely high vacuum and ultra high vacuum
High thermal conductivity and low thermal radiation
Reduces outgas and vacuum evacuation time
Baking heat resistance: 300°C
Can use ordinary copper gaskets
After opening the package, store the product in a desiccator. And ｗe recommend baking at 200°C for 5 hours before use.
