ICF203 Fixed Blank Tap Flange
This is a standard flange for ultra-high vacuum.
The sealing portion has a knife-edge shape, and the principle is that a metal gasket is placed between the flanges facing each other, sandwiched between the knife-edge portions, and bolted from the outside to ensure airtightness.
ICF 34 to ICF 253 are standardized.
Sizes ICF 305 and above are also available.
Both fixed and rotating flanges are available, including blank flanges and flanges with holes, drilled holes and tapped holes for connection to standard pipes.
Zero-length flanges for size conversion and double-sided edge flanges of the same size are also available.
Material SUS316LN is also available.
