NW flange can be used for ultra-high vacuum (in the 10-⁹Pa range).
One-time use only, since the edge is crushed and sealed.
Use metal seal clamps.
High temperature 150°C
Low temperature -270°C
Suitable for radiation resistant and nuclear applications
Clean room applications
Outer type is for pressurized applications
※Not for use with glass or aluminum flanges.

Ultra-high vacuum compatible (10-⁹Pa range)
The taper sealing method of the CeFiX® system, which does not have a knife-edge bite, allows for repeated use of the seal about 10 times.

締結にはメタルシール用のクランプをご使用ください。
※Oリング用のクランプでは締め付けられません。

■締め付け時の注意
・フランジや配管のアライメントを確保してください（配管の設置場所が高所、斜めに取り付けの際はフランジが平行になるよう特にご注意下さい）。
・必ず規定トルク値で締結をお願いいたします。
・締結の際は、ゆっくりとボルトを締めていただくようお願いします。
　例：規定トルク値に到達するまでボルトを半回転づつ締めてください。上下にボルトがあるタイプも、規定トルク値に到達するま上下のボルトを交互に半回転ずつ締めて下さい。
・アルミエッジシールは1回限りの使用となります。CeFiXメタルシールは10回まで繰り返し使用ですが、回数はあくまで目安ですのでリークが見られた場合は都度新しいシールを使用して下さい。

■メタルシール使用時の相手側フランジの注意点
①Radius(R)（※非常に重要）
1.5mmもしくは0.06”
＊もし、Rが上記値以外のフランジの場合、チェーンクランプが破損、及び十分に性能を発揮できない原因になります
②シール面の表面粗さ
N5(Ra=16μインチ)。また、傷、打痕なきこと。
③テーパー部分(15°)の表面粗さ
N6(Ra=32μインチ)。また、傷、打痕なきこと。
また、締結時は下記の点にご留意ください。
