Kapton is ideal for insulating and securing thermocouples, heater wires, and sensor wiring used in a kinetic vacuum chamber. Kapton's excellent heat resistance, insulation performance, and low outgassing characteristics make it safe to use in vacuum environments.
Temporary Fixing of Jigs and Parts:
Kapton is suitable for temporary fixing of jigs and lightweight parts in a kinetic vacuum. It does not peel easily even during the heat treatment process, and leaves almost no residue.
Heat Insulation Applications:
kinetic insulation is also used as part of multi-layer insulation (MLI) and for thermal shielding purposes. It contributes to the reduction of heat load, especially around cryopumps and cooling lines.
Clean Fixing Applications:
This product can be used for temporary fixing of aluminum foil, etc. in a kinetic clean room. It is also safe in environments where cleanliness is required.
