操作について：
ハンドルがバルブと平行のときはバルブが開き、直角のときはバルブが閉まります。

I. 保管とメンテナンス
1. 保管時にはゴミなどの侵入を防ぐためバルブの両端に保護キャップをつけてください。
2. 換気のよい乾燥した室内で保管ください。
3. 保管中も定期的に確認し、汚れがあれば取り除いてください。

II. 設置について
設置前にバルブに不具合がないかご確認ください。主なチェック項目は以下の通りです。
1. バルブの内部とシール面に汚れや損傷がないか確認してください。
2. バルブロッド部のナットを締め、密閉されているか確認してください。ただし、バルブロッドの動きを妨げない程度に締めてください。
3. バルブ設置後、接続ボルトが均一に締まっているか確認してください。
4. バルブの設置位置は、操作とメンテナンスの利便性に注意してください。
5. バルブの設置後にシステムまたはパイプラインの圧力テストを行うときには、バルブが全開になっていることを確認してください。

III. 使用方法
1. 本バルブは流量調整には使用できません。部分的に開くことは避け、全開または全閉で使用ください。
2. 手動ボール弁の操作ハンドルは、弁の必要な開閉モーメントに応じて設計・製造され、補助工具を使用して開閉モーメントを大きくすることはできません。
IV. メンテナンス
使用中のバルブは、定期的にチェックし、メンテナンスする必要があります。
1. シール面が摩耗・損傷している場合は、修理または交換する必要があります。
2. ガスケット、ボールシートなどに損傷や効力の低下がないかを確認する。もしあれば、適時交換してください。
3. 接続ボルトがすべて締まっているか、ハンドルの接続が正常かどうかを確認してください。

手動

  • ハンドルによる簡単操作
  • 開閉：ハンドルがバルブと平行のときにオープン

圧空　単作動

  • 開閉：常時クローズ、圧空操作時オープン
  • 操作空圧：0.4～0.8MPa
  • エア導入：φ6mm樹脂チューブ嵌合（アダプタ付属）

圧空　複作動

  • 操作空圧：0.4～0.7MPa（G)
  • 挿入口：Rc1/8
