デュアル認証材（Dual-Certified）
- SUS304/304LやSUS316/316Lデュアル材などがあります。
- 316Lは炭素含有量が低く、溶接時の粒界腐食が抑制されるため重ね溶接や厚板などに最適です。
- 316は強度が高く、高温でも安定した応力に耐えることができます。
デュアル材は316Lの低炭素規格を満たしつつ、316の機械的強度基準もクリアしている材料です。
1つの材料が2つの規格要件に認証されているため、設計・調達・認証の簡略化が可能になります。
まとめ
- 真空業界で最もよく使用される規格はSUS304です。
- 加速器など非磁性を求める場合はSUS316Lが選択されることが多いです。
- ヨーロッパをはじめ海外の一部のお客様ではSUS316LNを使用される場合があります。
- デュアル材は真空業界ではまだそれほど浸透していません。
