支給いただいたファイバーでも封止可能なので、特殊なファイバーでも対応可能です。

高真空用のコネクタと高圧用コネクタの違いは！？

高真空用コネクタ
真空用で10-10Paのリークレートで使用できます。ガラスハーメチック方式を採用しており、小さなスペースに多くのピンを立てる事ができます。ガラスなので絶縁性も高く、湿気などにも強いのが特徴です。
一般的にガラスハーメチック方式は応力による割れが気になったり、温度変化によるサーマルショックに弱いというイメージがあります。
しかし、弊社取り扱い製品では、丁寧な前処理技術によりしっかりピンとガラスハーメが接着しているため、ピンをねじ切るような力をかけても表面が割れる程度でリークは起こりませんし、0度の水と100度のお湯に交互につけたとしてもサーマルショックを起こさないように設計されております。 -
耐圧用コネクタ
真空/高圧用で10-7Pa～数十MPaのリークレートで使用できます。
封止材にはエポキシ樹脂を使用するためガラスハーメチック方式ほどの気密性は保持できませんが、数十MPaの高圧環境にも対応できるため、幅広い用途で使用可能です。ロケット用のセンサーや車のガソリンタンクなどで使用されています。
